by Shoney’s Companies, LLC or its subsidiaries or affiliates, including
Shoney’s North America, LLC, Best American Hospitality Corp., and
BAH Shoney’s Corp.
A franchisee is a separate business entity. If you apply to a franchised
restaurant, your employment application will be submitted only to the
independent franchisee, who is solely responsible for all employment-related
matters and decisions at that restaurant, including hiring, firing,
scheduling, discipline, supervision, and staffing.
Shoney’s Companies, LLC and its subsidiaries or affiliates have no involvement
in or control over employment decisions made by franchisees, including
whether you receive an interview or are hired.
